MC Extraordinaire, Monsieur le Tuck Tuck, Returns to the Left Bank Cabaret

Regina Baraban: What does the Music Hall Loft and a nightclub in Paris have in common?

Monsieur le Tuck Tuck: I’d say the greatest similarity lies in the deliciousness of the aperitifs and my extraordinary french charm.

RB: What artists are you most looking forward to this season?

MTT: I enjoy the Wonder Twins because they are amazing in how they are like dancing robots. They are perfectly in sync with each other—two parallel hip hop planets in a funkadelic universe.

RB: Will Oscar the Parrot be making an appearance again this year?

MTT: He will not be—he is busy in the recording studio laying down a backup track for the Pet Shop Boy’s reunion album. This year he has been replaced by George the Monkey, who is just as cheeky but far less handsome than I am.

RB: Do you have any other messages for your fans?

MTT: You should come to the Left Bank Cabaret because really why would you want to do anything else? Life is a cabaret, mon ami! Listen to me and come to the cabaret!
