“It is impossible to imagine the American – or international – literary landscape without John Irving…. He is as close as one gets to a contemporary Dickens in the scope of his celebrity and the level of his achievement.” – TIME

The author of The World According to Garp The Hotel New Hampshire, A Prayer for Owen Meany and The Cider House Rules comes home to NH with his new book, the New York Times bestseller In One Person, a compelling and affecting exploration of sexuality, identity, and longing.

BOOK: In One Person ($15.99 paperback). For each 1 - 2 tickets sold, the purchase of a book voucher is required. Book vouchers will be redeemed on the night of the event for a copy of Mr. Irving’s discussed work. Tickets & vouchers NOT available online, call or come by the box office. We were recently advised that Mr. Irving has had hand surgery and will not be signing books for this event.

“His prose, as always, is gorgeous, and Irving remains a master builder when it comes to constructing an epic plot filled with satisfying twists.” – Entertainment Weekly
