The House I Live In
“A model of the ambitious, vitalizing activist work that exists to stir the sleeping to wake.” –New York Times
Due to unforeseen circumstances, The House I Live in has been postponed for a date TBD. We’ve added a screening of Life of Pi on Thursday at 7pm
As America remains embroiled in conflict overseas, a less visible war is taking place at home, costing countless lives, destroying families, and inflicting untold damage on future generations of Americans. Over forty years, the War on Drugs has accounted for more than 45 million arrests, made America the world’s largest jailer, and damaged poor communities at home and abroad. Dr. Mary Fran T. Malone, Professor of Political Science at UNH will lead the post-film discussion with panelists including Lincoln Soldati, criminal defense attorney/former prosecutor.
