Holiday Appeal

Each year during the Holiday season, The Music Hall makes an appeal asking for your help to support our special community-oriented programs. Funds raised during this year’s appeal will benefit Explore + Learn programs at The Music Hall, which provide learning opportunities to our community by way of the arts. These programs include: live theater for students, teachers and families in our School Days Series; Master Classes with world-renowned artists; workshops for teens with celebrated authors in our Writers on a New England Stage series; relevant and timely post-film panels as part of the Film Matters series; and the newest addition to our Explore + Learn line-up: engaging and lively Opera Circles and Digital Portsmouth.
This season The Music Hall is working with Arts in Reach (AIR) as our Explore + Learn partner. AIR provides innovative teaching and mentoring through the arts to teenage girls in the Greater Seacoast of New Hampshire. Through this partnership, The Music Hall is connecting AIR participants to top writers and artists to broaden their horizons, and will offer an Arts Career Day to connect the girls with the wonderful mosaic of female leaders at The Music Hall. We are excited about this special relationship, which will continue to create great opportunities for the Arts in Reach girls into 2012. Your support, now and throughout the year, makes experiences like these possible for everyone in our community, so please give what you can!
