Music Hall Group Sales Policies

Minimum Group Size: 15

Groups can consist of co-workers or company teams, senior groups, activity clubs, church or temple members, student or alumni groups, as well as neighbors, family members and friends. As long as there are 15 or more people booking at one time, it's considered a group.

Payment:

There are no handling fees for group tickets. If ordering group tickets less than 30 days before the performance date, the full payment is due at time of booking. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks.

Balance Due Date:

The total ticket order balance is due 30 days prior to the performance. Failure to make final payment by the due date will result in the release of the seats All payments must be made in a single transaction (cash, check, credit card).

Group Size Adjustments:

Prior to the payment of the final balance: unlimited increases in group size will be accepted, subject to availability. Any decreases may not fall below the group minimum of 15. After the payment of the final balance: increases in group size will be accepted, subject to availability, and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Once the final payment has been received, no decreases in group size will be accepted.

Cancellation:

Cancellations must be communicated 45 days prior to the date of the performance in order to receive a Music Hall credit. Any credit issued will be for the total order, and may be applied to any future Music Hall presented performance.

Refunds:

The Music Hall will only refund tickets in the event that performers are unable to perform and their show is cancelled or the governor declares a state of emergency.

Ticket Distribution:

Once final payment is received, tickets can either be mailed or will be available at the Music Hall Box Office on the date of the performance. Especially for large groups, The Music Hall encourages groups to pick up and distribute tickets in advance of the performance.

Accessibility:

A staffed elevator provides direct access to the orchestra level of the theater. Limited wheelchair seating is available upon request. The Music Hall is equipped with a FM assisted listening device available for patrons who are hard of hearing. Please make any accessibility requests when placing your ticket order and the Group Sales Manager will check on availability for that particular performance.

Bus Access & Parking:

Bus access to The Music Hall is via Porter Street, a narrow one-lane alley that runs alongside our building. Please identify each bus with the name of your organization on a placard in the front window. If you are coming on more than one bus, please number the buses and put the number on the same placard. Bus parking is located at Bethel Assembly of God church parking lot, by I-95. If there are more than 7 buses attending a performance a Music Hall staff will advise drivers of the City's alternate parking lot.
