Group Sales

The Music Hall invites your group to enjoy an event. We offer a variety of shows encompassing music, theatre, dance and cinema that provide a unique cultural experience, whether you’re a tour group, activity club, recreational department, alumni association or school class!

All group sales are bound by the following policies:

Minimum Group Size: 15

Groups can consist of co-workers or company teams, senior groups, activity clubs, church or temple members, student or alumni groups, as well as neighbors, family members and friends. As long as there are 15 or more people for one transaction, it’s considered a group.

Discount:

Groups receive a discount of 15% on tickets to “The Music Hall Presents” events only (excluding Intimately Yours, Hilarity, SDS, film, tours and Loft events). For events presented by other organizations (ie. The Housing Partnership, Great Bay Academy Of Dance, etc.) these policies will not apply, and full payment must be made when ordering tickets. These events may have separate group rates; please inquire through the box office.

Payment:

The total order balance is due 30 days prior to the performance. If ordering group tickets less than 30 days before the performance date, the full payment is due at time of your order. No multiple payments from more than one group representative will be accepted. Failure to make final payment by the due date will result in the release of the seats. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and one check (no multiple checks or credit cards). There are no order charges for group tickets.

Group Size Adjustments:

Prior to the payment of the final balance: unlimited increases in group size will be accepted, subject to availability. Any decreases may not fall below the group minimum of 15. After the payment of the final balance: increases in group size will be accepted, subject to availability, and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Once the final payment has been received, no decreases in group size will be accepted.

Cancellation:

The cancellation of a paid group sale must be communicated to the box office 45 days prior to the date of the performance in order to receive a Music Hall credit. Any credit issued will be for the total order, and may be applied to any future “The Music Hall Presents” performance. Refunds will not be issued.

Refunds & Weather:

The Music Hall will only refund tickets in the event that the artists are unable to perform. The Music Hall does not close for inclement weather, and does not give refunds or exchanges to those unable to attend an event because of weather. The Music Hall does everything in its power to remain open for all performances. If the performers are in-house, the show goes on.

Ticket Distribution:

Once final payment is received, tickets can either be mailed or will be available at the Music Hall Box Office on the date of the performance. Especially for large groups, The Music Hall encourages groups to distribute tickets in advance of the performance. The box office cannot distribute tickets to individuals of a group.
