All ticketed performances and film screenings must be ticketed through The Music Hall’s ticketing system.
We are pleased to host life events in our Lounge and Members Club (life events are not hosted in the Historic Theater).

Performers, choose between two venues: The Music Hall’s Historic Theater, a beautifully renovated 895 seat Victorian-era theater, or our modern and intimate 110 seat Music Hall Lounge. Both are in the heart of downtown Portsmouth.
Private event hosts, we offer three distinct venue experiences tailored to your vision:
- The Historic Theater: A grand, Victorian-era gem, perfect for private on-stage dining events, galas, or elegant celebrations.
- The Music Hall Lounge: A sleek, contemporary space for up to 110 guests – ideal for receptions, cocktail and holiday parties.
- The Members Club: A stylish, versatile venue next door to the Historic Theater, perfect for life events like birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations, and suitable for up to 55 guests.
