Providing Arts & Cultural Experiences to Our Community

Donate Now

The holiday season is one of gift-giving, and what better way to honor that than to give to those in need.

Give the Gift of Magic is an annual initiative inspired by Morgan and Tara Rutman to provide complimentary tickets to our Seacoast neighbors in need. We’re growing the program; in 2019 we gave 349 tickets to local families, and we hope to reach even greater numbers this year.

How it works:

Every time you purchase a ticket to any show at The Music Hall, you can give an additional, tax-deductible donation that will help us provide tickets through our community partners.

We’ve partnered with: Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire, Arts in Reach, Greater Seacoast Community Health,  Cross Roads House, Easter Seals NH, One Sky Community Services and many others to distribute tickets.

Donations are accepted online, in person, or over the phone with Ticket & Member Services by calling 603.436.2400.

“We are so fortunate to once again be a beneficiary of The Music Hall’s Give the Gift of Magic campaign,” said Janet Laatsch, CEO of Greater Seacoast Community Health. “This unique opportunity provides an experience many of our families can only dream of. People often forget that some of our Seacoast friends and neighbors struggle this time of year, but these tickets allow parents and their children to create long-lasting memories that are truly priceless.”

Adds Monte Bohanan, Director of Communications & Community Engagement for The Music Hall: “One of the best parts of my job is to help make programs like this come to life. In the summertime, we partner with Gather to fill bellies with our Fill the Hall Food Drive, and in the winter, we get to feed the soul with live performance. It’s rewarding for all of us at The Music Hall to know that more local families and students will enjoy the magic of music and light this holiday season, thanks to our wonderful patrons and amazing partners.”
