What is the Music Hall Members Club?

The Members Club is a warm, relaxing space for members and sponsors of The Music Hall to enjoy. Featuring McKeon’s Bar, private restrooms, and comfortable seating, this space will be perfect for gatherings before a show at the Historic Theater or on non-show nights, for grabbing a cocktail and catching up with friends.

Where is the Members Club located?

The Members Club is in the Kearsarge House located at 104 Congress Street. The entrance to the Club is located on Chestnut Street next to the Historic Theater doors and can also be accessed through the pass through located near the elevator room in the Historic Theater.

Is the Members Club wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Wheelchair access is available by entering through the Historic Theater and using the newly installed wheelchair lift in the Members Club. This will provide access to the main level of the Members Club including McKeon’s Bar and the restrooms.

What is required for Members Club access?

The Members Club is open to anyone with an active Music Hall membership or sponsorship during all operating hours. When there is a scheduled show at the Historic Theater, in addition to your membership, tickets to the show are required to access the Club before the performance. When are the hours of operation?

The Members Club is open from 4pm to 9pm, Tuesday through Sunday. On nights when shows are in the Historic Theater, the Members Club will stay open until an hour after the show ends. Last call on show nights will generally be at 10pm. These hours of operation may be adjusted as needed for other events and show-related situations.

What days/holidays are you closed?

The Members Club is closed on Mondays and federal holidays. However, the Club will be open if there is a show taking place on one of these days.

What is the capacity of the space?

The capacity for the Members Club is 80 people.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests are permitted but must be accompanied by a Music Hall member or sponsor.

Can we bring our children to the Club?

Most shows at the Music Hall are open to all ages and therefore children are welcome while accompanied by an adult family member. Always be sure to check the show event page for any age restrictions (or advisories) on particular shows.

Is there a dress code?

This is NH, so come as you are! However, don’t be afraid to dress your best – we love to see our patrons sporting their finest, smart casual, attire.

Membership & Access

I am a member of The Music Hall. When do I have access to the Members Club?

As a Member, you have access to the Members Club anytime the Club is open and if space is available! Sometimes the Club is closed for private events and rentals, and details on our schedule can always be found on the Members Club Calendar.

I am not a member. How do I become a member of The Music Hall?

Visit TheMusicHall.org/membership for more information and to join as a member of The Music Hall or stop by the Club and one of our staff can sign you up!

Reservation Questions/Protocol

Who can make a reservation for the Members Club?

Any current Music Hall member can make a reservation at the Members Club. Reservations can be made on our website or through Concierge Services if you are a Founder ($2,500)+ member.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are not required but are encouraged for show nights if you wish to secure a table. Tables and seats at the bar are first come, first served without a reservation.

How far in advance can I make a reservation for a show night?

Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. If you are a Founder ($2,500)+ Member, you will have priority access to reservations through Concierge Services and can make reservations at any time once a show has been announced or as far ahead as you would like for non-show nights.

Is there a limited number of people on a reservation?

Reservations are capped at 8 people per party/member. Larger groups may be accommodated upon request and depending on the demand for certain shows.

If I am running late, how long will you hold my reservation past the reservation time?

Reservations will be held for thirty minutes past the reservation time. At that point, we will open the seats up for walk-ins.

Am I allowed to bring food into the club?

We allow outside food in the Members Club. This food may not be taken into the Historic Theater and must be kept with your party.

Does the Members Club have food available for purchase?

The Members Club does not have a food menu, however on show nights we are working with local food partners to offer small-bite plates! All other times, we have high-end concessions available for purchase at the bar.
