Safety & Security Policies

The Music Hall is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests to enjoy their visit to at each of our venues. We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.
General Policies & Procedures
Patron Policies
- Firearms and weapons are prohibited on the property.
- Bag checks, metal detection, or pat-down, may be conducted.
- Backpacks, and bags larger than 9″ x 12″ x 4″ are prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed.
- Re-entry is not allowed during films.
- The Music Hall reserves the right to deny entry.
- Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest, at any time.
- No outside beverages are allowed inside any of our venues. No outside food is allowed in the Lounge or Historic Theater.
Security & Entry Procedures
- On-Site Security: Trained security personnel will be present at all live events to monitor the venue and assist with crowd management.
- Bag Checks, Metal Detectors, Pat-downs: Patrons may be subject to bag checks and/or screening with hand-held metal detectors or pat-downs. Our hired security team will conduct these screenings.
Lobby Door Opening & Closing Times
Film Screenings:
- Doors open: 1 hour before showtime.
- Doors close: 15 minutes after showtime.
Historic Theater Events:
- Doors open: 1 hour before showtime.
- For performances without an intermission (45 minutes or less), doors will close 45 minutes after showtime.
Lounge Events:
- Doors open:
- One performance: 1 hour before start time
- Two or more performances: 45 mins before start time.
- Doors close: 30 minutes after start time.
