Join us as CreativeMornings PKX returns in person! It’s the only creative breakfast lecture series that you’ll need on a Friday morning!

This Month’s Speaker: Latonya Wallace: The Softness I Survived For

In this CreativeMornings talk, Latonya Wallace will use storytelling to reveal the hidden cost of developing and displaying “armor,” or traits that one might name as traditionally “strong” – the exhaustion, the invisibility, and the loneliness that can come from constantly performing “to be strong.” Latonya will share how she has come to hear her own voice and how her voice has urged her to come home to her softness. “Soft” is survival’s next chapter.

Latonya Wallace is the Director of Small Business Engagement at the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. She joined the organization as a Business Lender in 2022 after almost 20 years in the banking industry. Latonya is a Leadership NH alumna, and her passion for community service has been recognized in awards from NHBR, which named her one of NH’s 200 most influential leaders. Latonya serves on the boards of multiple nonprofits and is Chair of the Business Alliance of People Of Color.

Doors open at 8:30. Coffee served 8:30-9am. Talk begins at 9am and event ends at 10am.
