The Music Hall Lounge proudly welcomes back the Juanito Pascual Trio, with an all-new performance this year, featuring their signature blend of virtuoso flamenco mixed with rock, jazz and more. This year Juanito, Brad, and José are honored to be joined by Grammy-winning flamenco icon and innovator Jorge Pardo, for what promises to be an unforgettable night of original and traditional takes on flamenco and beyond!

About Jorge Pardo:
Grammy-winning flute/saxophone player Jorge Pardo, is a truly one of a kind artist and one of the most sought after figures in the Spanish scene. He came to prominence through more than 20 years of collaboration with Paco de Lucia and his legendary Sextet, and was the first person to incorporate flute and sax into flamenco, including seminal recordings with the legendary Camaron de la Isla.  As such, Jorge has set the template for instrumentalists in flamenco outside of flamenco’s sole traditional instrument of guitar, creating an entirely new branch of  this ancient tradition. 

He’s worked extensively as well with Chick Corea, winning the 2020 Grammy award for Corea’s album Antidote. In 2012 he was awarded the “Best European Jazz Musician” award by the Academie Francaise du Jazz, and his 2023 release Trance Sketches (which features Juanito among many other guests) won the “Best Jazz Album” award at MIN in Spain.
