Join Jude Blake, our resident sommelier, and Casey Ryan of M.S. Walker for a guided journey through the diverse wine regions of South America. This thoughtfully curated lineup explores the breadth of Argentina and Chile, moving beyond the familiar to highlight the distinctive grapes, climates, and winemaking traditions shaping each region. Discover Argentina’s historic tradition of Semillón and Chenin Blanc alongside expressive Chardonnay, before moving into reds that reveal the country’s range—from the depth and character of Malbec to a layered red blend. The tasting concludes in Chile with Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Apalta Valley, bringing dark fruit, spice, structure, and elegance to the lineup. Together, these selections offer a fresh perspective on South American wine, with Jude & Casey guiding guests through the regional character and stories behind each glass.

Casey has worked in the wine business for 18 years and is a WSET level 2 sommelier. Having worked with M. S. Walker for the past 14 years, Casey has a passion for travel, wine, and educating others interested in wine.
