It’s that time of year again, it’s time for me to pull out my baking pans, remember how to use my oven, and start building my Gingerbread House. For those of you who know me personally, or have been following this blog for awhile, you know that I take this competition very seriously, I’m even a member of the committee that runs the competition. At the beginning of each week I sit down to write my weekly blog.
