Fill The Hall This Saturday!
This Saturday, June 26 from 9am to 3pm, The Music Hall is hosting the seventh annual Fill the Hall food drive for Gather. The goal is to have enough donations to fill each seat in the Historic Theater for Gather’s Meals 4 Kids program. If you don’t have time to raid your pantry or run to the store, you can still help by making a monetary donation and dropping it off. Can’t drop by? You can donate right now on their website. The money will go directly to Gather’s specific needs—just $25 will feed a child for a week!
Fill the Hall helps Gather with their summer Meals 4 Kids program, which provides food for kids who are unable to receive school meals during the summer months. The program serves close to 700 children from the Greater Seacoast area each week during the 11-week-long summer break.
Last year, The Music Hall challenged the Seacoast to donate $20,000 to Gather and ended up raising $75,000! Any bit helps a child get fresh, healthy food when they otherwise wouldn’t.
