On March 12, 2026, the Spirit of Ireland Tasting returns as a signature showcase of Ireland’s vibrant and evolving spirits industry. Hosted at Shoppers Pub + Eatery in Manchester, this immersive event is presented in partnership with Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, bringing together producers, industry leaders, and curious consumers for an evening of discovery.
A Showcase of Ireland’s Diverse Spirits
While Ireland may be best known for its whiskey, the Spirit of Ireland Tasting highlights the full breadth of Irish distilling. Guests will sample a thoughtfully curated lineup that may include premium Irish whiskeys, contemporary and traditional gins, poitín, and other specialty spirits — each reflecting the craftsmanship, regional character, and innovation of Ireland’s producers.
Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with distillers and brand ambassadors, gaining insight into production methods, raw ingredients, and the stories behind each bottle.
