The More the Merrier at Book Club!
The Music Hall is pleased to offer a wide array of benefits to our members—those who donate to support our mission of bringing quality programming and conversations to the Seacoast. One of these benefits is our members-only Book Club, which meets monthly at Portwalk Place for a moderated book discussion and time for socializing.Â
Starting this autumn, The Music Hall is thrilled to welcome members at all levels to Book Club. Please join us and engage in stimulating discussions about books ranging from mystery to magical realism, and even some featured in our Writers on A New England Stage series.
October’s Book Club will feature Music Hall board member Paul Durham moderating an insightful conversation on Barbarian Days: A Surfing Life by William Finnegan. In addition to being well-known around our community, Paul is an author and also an attorney with Sheehan Phinney, who is our Book Club Sponsor. Sponsorship allows us to not only bring excellent programming to this area, but also to foster a community and connections among our patrons and members.Â
