Save the Date! NH Gives on June 8-9
Together, let’s do something big for New Hampshire! Starting on June 8 at 6 p.m., join The Music Hall and thousands of your New Hampshire neighbors for NH Gives, a 24-hour giving event created by the NH Center for Nonprofits to support New Hampshire’s nonprofits.
At The Music Hall, our partnerships and collaborations with our fellow nonprofits are widespread and longstanding. These partnerships—with arts organizations, schools, and social service agencies—extend The Music Hall’s reach and buoy the vitality of the region. Each year, we collaborate with more than 60 community partners to fulfill our joint missions. Operating in a pandemic strengthened many of these relationships, as we formed coalitions to advise and advocate for one another. That growth is a rare silver lining from the crisis of the past year plus, a positive for the Board, staff, volunteers, and patrons of The Music Hall, our partner organizations, and New Hampshire at large.
We know firsthand that nonprofits are essential to the health of our communities. Mission-driven and committed to serving a public purpose rather than providing a financial benefit to an individual entity, these organizations have the power to be a robust tool as we work to develop a new normal for New Hampshire.
To be able to make a long-term impact, nonprofits need our support, now. You can make a difference. Your contributions matter. Please, if you are in a position to do so, we urge you to donate to your favorite Granite State nonprofits during this 24-hour fundraising rally for New Hampshire.
This year’s event runs from 6pm on June 8 to 6pm on June 9. To encourage donors, the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and its donors will contribute a $300,000 site-wide match, a $19,000 match for participating Upper Valley nonprofits, and an additional $119,000 in matches to specific participating nonprofits.

About NH Gives: NH Gives is a powerful, statewide 24-hour online fundraising event that is designed to build community, connect donors to local nonprofits, and generate excitement about the nonprofit sector. Since the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits launched NH Gives in 2016, the event has raised more than $4.8 million from thousands of donors to support hundreds of nonprofits across New Hampshire. In June 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 public health crisis, NH Gives shattered all previous records, raising more for New Hampshire nonprofits than it had in the previous four years combined. An unprecedented 14,000 people gave $3.4 million to nearly 500 nonprofits in just 24 hours — including $1 million in the first eight minutes of the event.
