What to Expect at Concert in the Lot
We’ve got your Father’s Day plans covered! Bring family and friends to the Concert in the Lot for New Orleans-style music, food, drink, and fun.
Parking Since we’ll be taking over a parking lot, look to one of the neighboring parking garages. The City of Portsmouth will have a special deal for event parking at the Foundry Place Garage, a stone’s throw from the Worth Lot, for a $3 flat fee. Portsmouth residents get all day free parking on Sunday at the Foundry Place Garage with proof of residency.
Entering the Concert Check-in is on Vaughan Mall (by the shops) with our delightful Box Office staff. You will be given color-coded wristbands for your seating option and if you’re 21+ (for the beer and wine garden).
Food & Drink Speaking of beer and wine, we’ll have a special area for those over 21 to purchase beverages from Cisco Brewers and Vinilandia Wines. No alcohol can be brought into the concert, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! There will also be trucks selling food and soft drinks. We’re aiming for a low-waste event, so Sustainable Seacoast will graciously be providing water through the Bluedrop Water System!
Rain Plan While we’re crossing our fingers that it won’t rain, we’ve got a plan! If it rains heavily, the concert will be moved into the Historic Theater, where VIP and $15 ticket holders are guaranteed a general admission seat. If you don’t want to gamble on this and haven’t purchased yet, supply is limited, so hurry!
